Solution for xp

insert Your OS xp disc
then repair option in main menu
In cmd option
Type FIXBOOT C:
then FIXMBR

Now it is fix

For win 7 or vista

insert os dvd
boot option(press f8) or simply boot
click on startup repair wait until it completes
it will fix
